Hm.. I'm kinda surprised that no one in the sci-fi group has responded to my question as to what the best cut of DUNE is so that I know which one to pick up. Anyone here know?

You mean like directors cut or which version. I'd just go with the original, although the new one would likely have slightly better effects...
