...and surprise! I am being billed for the physical therapy that I had to... take? do? participate in? last year after my tree/sledding incident. I have to pay $600 because I didn't reach my deductible for the year? I don't get any of this but I wish they had explained this fact to me when I had called initially to ask how much this was going to cost.
