I only went to one fashion week related event. the Spring 2009 Collection presentation for ORGANIC


Hurricane Hanna blew through the Eastern Seaboard (<- one of my favorite phrases) while I was there.


I went to the Prefab Home Exhibit at MoMa which I've been reading about for weeks. I want this prefab house.

hello, long time no see! hope all has been well with you. i've been vegetarian for as long as i can remember and when i started seeing mcqueen, i noticed i didn't have stomachaches when i ate vegan stuff. whereas if i ate pasta with cream sauce, pizza, cheese, etc, i almost always had really horrible stomach problems. so i lived for a couple years with this great knowledge, knowing that it would taste yummy and then i'd regret eating it. anyway, one day i just decided to give it up. i feel so much better now. i get random stomach aches, but it's nice not feel crappy after every meal.
