This might be sort of a crapshoot but:

Please make suggestions as to what films I should add to my Netflix queue. The more obscure and artsy the better, but it better be good and not fucking Lynch type of "weird for the sake of being weird" shit.

I love movies with great instrumental scores. I love movies with saturated colors and that look dreamy (think Amelie and The Diving Bell and the Butterfly)
