We had a phonecall at the house today, for my uncle who passsed away 2 years ago this month to talk to him about his credit card. It was originally my moms fiance who picked up the phone, my mom was so pissed off about the whole thing she 1471'd it and gave them a piece of her mind. When we think these things are all over, they just aren't. Everything was sorted when he died, everything. Now this company are asking for a death certificate and telling my mom they can't inform her what it is about until they recieve that death certificate.
Yeah because all of this makes perfect sense. Companies are absolute mornons......... well and truly.
