had opur work xmas party which im all ok with going out and being social. we went to a big bar/arcade place here, and ended up drinking which i didnt want to do.
so im on my way home, about 2 blocks from my house and i get pulled over for going out of my lane. they give me the field test and i pass, but the cop said she could smell alcohol, which i never denied having anything to drink. and asks if ill take a breathalizer , so i say ok. she never mentione di woul dhave to be hand cuffed ataken to jail, and my car impounded in order to do this.
so i go take my test and ion the state of ohio if you have 1 drink you will generally go over so im pretty much already screwed.
the cop said iwas polite and very co-operative and thats int he report so she says i might not loose my lisence entirely since im not being charged with a DUI, she gave me an OVI which is lower downt he list,. i guess we will find out thursday morning. what a nice after xmas year end round up.
