helen left for good 2day, though i will have to see her again next week to sort out a bed and her half of the deposit. not feeling sad but reflective, might have a little sniffle later as i'm drinking red wine but definately time to move on.

still pretty upbeat about my lot at present, wish the wind would drop, i need a surf, had to wedge open the letterbox as wind bangs it and keeps me awake (it's straight off the atlantic - god i'll miss this place)
