all i was going to do was practice my solo piece and get it going well.

in the end it didn't work out that way.

now that i know what i want to do as a solo artist person thing i got a little carried away and decided to add one more sample. then another and another and another.

next thing i know i've managed to expand the song dramatically with many more interesting changes.

if this thing works out then the next step is to add a live horn section and some percussion and hit the stage for a couple of shows before i head over to japan.

fuck i must have had a long day, and the heat must really be getting to me. i've got no idea what i'm actually trying to say or do right now. should probably try and sleep but can't sleep.
