couldn't sleep. so i went on an adventure down the great ocean road with one of my friends.

the drive down was nothing spectacular. it was still dark and with only my headlights guiding me through the winding road it was a bit of insanity going on (once side cliff face, the other side massive drop into ocean)

i was trying to head to the 12 apostles but being dark i kinda over shot the entrance to the carpark there and ended up at the blow hole carpark instead.

so we waited for daylight to break and went for a little peak. bad move was not to take any thick coats with us. the wind was just messed up. strong and cold. but the view was great.

after a little bit more snooping around it was decided that it was too cold. way too cold.

so a nap was had to get our heads straight again and then it was back to melbourne. this drive was much better with the coast on one side and the forest on the other. just what the soul needed.

and now that i'm sufficiently tired i might even be able to catch a little sleep...
