I had loads of fun when I went cycling with some friends last weekend 
It was hot and the exercise felt good again... My muscles were sore as hell.. but it felt damn good Need to make a habit of going more often - it's enjoyable and I get a workout - Awesomeness!

There are 8 of them ... They moan a lot and cause a bit of sleepless nights...although I don't mind as that's part of the experience of having puppies
