Something strange happened when I awoke this morning. I really missed Ireland. Why you say. Well that I can't explain it's been 8 yrs since I was there last and for some reason today I wish I was there. And before you ask the answer is no I'm not irish but I did live there for a bit. Oh well.

Diet isnt great but its not what it used to be 3 meals a day breakfast is usually cereal toast juice, lunch sammich some fruit maybe some of them baked chips and dinner typical whitebread american dinner

cardio is no bueno, i'm hypertensive prolly do to my weight and at time bad diet

and i have bad knees, one doc says pfs the va say they don't know. it all started when i was training to run the raleigh marathon

well over all goal is just to lose that 30 and be back to my height to weight. I'll do whatever it take its you know i don't have a plan

probably not enough sex. if that's it and it can't be achieved, maybe you need a new hobby. it will keep your mind off of the crap that surrounds you and will give you an oppotunity to meet some new peeps. if you don't want to try something new, maybe hit up an indoor climing club and play the scene. you could pretend you don't know crap and get some hot thing to teach you the ropes...its dirty...but it works.
