I can't teach you, sometimes it's just a facade. But if you start putting an act on, eventually it'll rub off.
A friend of mine told me that when she broke up with her ex and was feeling down, she put post-it's around the apartment, reminding her to smile and stuff. Like on the bathroom mirror she drew a huge smiley, making her laugh.
-Oh, and I listen to loud music and force myself to do silly poses in front of the mirror while getting dressed or dancing around in the apartment with the vacuumer. And I never dance, unless I'm really really drunk....

Found an internship a bit outside Edinbuirgh, so seems I am staying for an extra 3 more months!
