Well I did contact the DOL and they are giving me the run around and even gave me links to the sections on Breaks & Meals. I had already read these sections before contacting them persoanlly. I know how you feel. There are supervisiors where I work that break many labor rules and safety rules. We, the employees, have very little ability to do anyhing about it because its a government job and you would just be reporting the government to the government... They get away with a lot of shit. Its total crap. If you can do something about it I would. Good luck!

Well the snow is going to pass...warmer this week.Even though it was on 7 degrees and with the wind it was -7 degrees, a warm jacket and a good pair of sunglasses and the weekend was perfect. Enjoy the rest of the week!
