How is it that a group of people so obviously corrupt gets re-elected (barring some freak occurrence) with the primary reason being moral integrity?!?
How fucking myopic are these people? To take the spoon fed campaign drivel and accept it as fact.
As I write this Bush is 4 million votes ahead in the (non issue) popular vote. That numbing fact will keep me awake tonight. At least 4 years back there was the small solace of knowing we got screwed by the Electoral College, This time more people actually voted for the favorite son.
How is it that in every past election when there has been a surge in the number of voters the incumbent is voted out? How is it that the man that went to war gets branded a traitors by the man that didn't? How is it that a millionaire from a north eastern family of wealth and privilege develops a southern drawl and attracts the common man" vote?
If we ignore Clinton for a moment wouldn't this look a lot like a monarchy? At least an oligarchy?
I feel cheated and betrayed by my fellow Americans.
