For anyone in Charlotte (or anyone who will travel long distances for amazing sushi and/or burgers), the Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar is a must-see/eat/drink/roll-out-the-door. One of the coolest parts of the place is the artwork of Scott Partridge - what cool stuff he dreams up! Here are some examples, all hanging on the walls of the Cowfish:
