I've encountered them before. If it's anything like the last one, I won't be able to get within 100 feet of them. The cops were kinda nervous I guess. I've seen plenty of videos of people walking straight up to them during protests to ask questions, but at the one I went to I think the police were afraid of violence breaking out. There were about 400 people there, so it was a legitimate concern i guess; it would have gotten out of hand really quickly
