Yikes! have i been awful or what! I have been so busy with work and the holidays that i've been neglecting you guys! SORRY!
I was baking goodies all last night and this morning! Then I cleaned like a madwoman! I have family and friends coming to spend xmas with me so i don't want them to think i'm a slob!
My turkey and ham are out in my garage defrosting right now. I love cooking!
I have this bitchin' jello salad recipe that i'd love to share with you. I call it Cherry Cola Surprise:
you'll need one large box of jello (raspberry or cherry/black cherry flavored); a jar of maraschino cherries, and a can of cherry coke or cherry pepsi.
mix the jello with 2 cups of boiling water, add the can of cola, then the jar of cherries (juice and all). refrigerate til firm and enjoy! Yumm! Lemme know what you think!
That reminds me, my friends tell me that Meet the Fockers was hilarious! I've got to go see it soon!
