wow, last night did not go as i was hoping it would. a friend of mine drove an hour to come into town to hang out, and i confess, i was hoping to get a little. we saw "thank you for smoking" which was awesome and way funnier than i was expecting, then went back to my place where she informed me that she picked herself up a boyfriend on tuesday. man, why couldn't she have waited till she left to start seriously going with that guy? i know i am being pretty selfish, but we have messed around a bunch of times before and the chemistry is amazing! so instead we just teased each other while laying in bed together until around 4 am. i don't think i have ever gone to sleep that turned on. . .

anyhow, on a (lighter?) note i am thinking of staying a few extra days in columbus to check out the all girl roller derby opener this sunday. all girl roller derby you say? check it out!

on the down side a wonderful friend of mine called me up in tears. she just recently had her junior year art review, and it went very badly for her to say the least. the head of her department apparently told her that what she was doing was shallow and silly. fuck them. fuck them to hell and back with a white hot pitchfork for telling that carefree girl that her art sucked because it wasn't another pretentious piece of shit that was elaborating on the current political climate through brush strokes. . .

i will murder them later, right now i am off to buy comic books.
