so much chocolate! sooooo tasty. today i made a white chocolate praline with a passion fruit caramel filling, a baileys irish cream milk chocolate truffle, a mayan marbled chocolate praline (tastes of cinnamon), a striped milk chocolate caramello praline, and started pouring pieces for a showpiece that hasn't been fully explained to the class. by the way a praline in chocolates is just a name for a piece of chocolate that has been filled with something else.

my sleep cycle is all out of whack, but for some reason it feels really good. i sleep three hours after i get out of class, and then eight hours later i sleep three hours before class. i am sure my brain will shut itself down soon, but until then this is great ! no new dreams, which since the last one was a bit confusing is not a bad thing i guess .

i spent a good amount of my waking day playing with chocolate and making out vigorously with a close friend, so all in all today was great. i just wish something a little strange would come along, something new.
