Tribute or Plagiarism?

Marty Emond was a New Zealand artist who influenced a generation over here, and killed himself in 2004.

Below are some of his works, and some screenshots from Pink's new music video.

To my knowledge, his influence (read: scenes taken directly from his art) on the music video is unacknowledged.
