i cant sleep... i have been trying to make myself tired to become sleepy but it dose not work. i try to got to bed sometimes early and i cant i end up tossin and turning until like 2am. i dont know what i am doing to make thing happen

i worked for 15 hours yesturday got off at 3am went to a friend who i work withs house killed a bottle of gin with him and ended up wakin gup at 2:30 in the afternoon i guess i blew it
