what is this stifling of my soul?
feels like a partial death, maybe a hibernation
when an expressionist has nothing to say.
haven't written anything more than independent lines in months.
i'm on a plain i guess. nothing's wrong, that's just all there is; nothing going on.
maybe i should book the Rebirth of Kloi Terra show just so i have something to work toward
but i'm not prepared for that yet,
what i plan to do for the eventual Rebirth show is a complete overhaul of the show,
and it will not happen here.
it became quite apparent over the course of the 2006 world tour that there are no Kloi Terra fans in this town.
"it's too weird...i can't understand it...what is he saying?" is the usual feedback i receive from my friendbase-not-fanbase after shows.
i don't do mainstream covers, southern rock, nor hair metal. i do original latin jazz-flavored-avant-garde-funk-rock, so i don't appeal to many around here.

in two weeks i get to see my baby again.. another rendezvous at the approximate halfway point, the surprisingly cool Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
there's always something to look forward to..
