the mics we're using for the recording process are condensers and dynamic cardioids. I believe they're mostly Shures and Seinheizers. We run that to an eight channel board with an analog mixer that delivers to a Mac with ProTools. I was leary about this software at first, but now I see what kind of sound reproduction it's capable of. I very happy with what we've don so far.
