i just ordered cable internet [actually, a package deal that includes like 71 channels or some ish]...i'm SO irritated with a certain cable internet company...why are they so freakin spendy?? they are as bad as any public utility company...they know they are the ONLY place i can even get high-speed cable internet...so, it's not like i was gonna cancel my order [although i did threaten that somewhere thru the convo, and received free installation...hahaha]

anyways, all this to say: unless i get mad irritated again and change my mind, i should have high-PRICED internet by this coming saturday afternoon! = i can start being active on SG again! ;o)

The thing that annoyed me was that before all of the correspondence had even changed over from AT&T to Concast, they raised the cable internet rate from $42.95 to $52.95 "to bring the price in line with what cable cost in other major metropolitan areas". Fucking bastards. They sure as hell didn't want to consider that the cost of living, and thus corresponding income, was lower here. Still, it's faster than anything else and I haven't had any service problems since their initial takeover.

Will be nice to see regular updates from you.

@catdad - it's like Comcast KNOWS they have the best internet crack and i have no choice but to smoke it cuz i'm a str8 up FEEEEEEind...lol
