well i had a fun trip. 6 hours in a cramped car wasn't fun but I got to have some good old fashioned quality time with my dad. It rained on the fourth so we couldn't set off the fireworks we bought but luckily I had some friends in the keys who were more than happy to participate in some belated independence day festivities. Translation = We blew some shit up. Then we lit road flares. I got to see transformers and that was really cool. I also got to see my uncle Jack and aunt Dinah whom I havent seen in a while. My cousin Shaun was there too but he was also kinda "not there" at the same time. he was tired from golfing or something. I have to say though, the best part of the trip was cruizing around the west coast of florida with the top down on a corvette convertable and playing some good music. I bet it sounded weird to other people though. Me and my dad listened to Chopin. Led Zeppelin, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and the Doors. kinda odd mix but it freaking worked. We were lucky though, the time we had the top down was about the only time it wasn't raining. good times. Now I have a 52 hour work week and class/homework to look forward too. woot.
