Did a Time for CD shoot with a photographer in Sioux Falls Saturday night - very happy with how they all turned out. The first two sets are on my Flickr site, the third I'm still deciding if I want to submit it to SG or not, so I can't show you yet.

Kind of thinking about quitting my job at the gas station. A whole lot of crap is going down, which will probably mean a hell of a lot more stress on me in the near future, and one of the factories in town is hiring machine operators. The money's better, that's for damn sure. I've never done factory work before, but I do like mindless monotony in my work - idle hands are the devil's playground, and when they're running on their own motor, my brain gets to play. So we'll see. The worse that can happen is that I hate the job but stick it out for a few months, and be able to pay my bills, eh?

I get to have sushi tomorrow! I am excited. My boyfriend teaches a class in Sioux Falls, and so he's going to drop me off at the Barnes and Noble and let me read for three hours while he teaches, and then I get sushi (with him, of course). I should convince him that we need to do this at least once a month, hm?
