Just a quick one, because I've got work soon, but since folks have asked:
Brookings is in the eastern part of South Dakota, pretty much on the other side of the state from the Black Hills, Mount Rushmore, Sturgis, Lead and Deadwood (just go ahead and pick your favorite, best-known landmark and go east from there.) It is about fifty miles north of Sioux Falls (biggest city in the state) and Interstate 90 - If you head north on I 29, you can't miss it.
Brookings is the home of South Dakota State University (the other SDSU, as I refer to it online) and is currently where I am *THIS* close to achieving a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Theatre.
South Dakota girls are cool. Sometimes.
Meep! Work time!
