Well after 2 weeks with a slipped disc and then a week with terrible sciatic pain, I am feeling better. Tonight was the first workout on the Bowflex in a little while. Feels good, but taking it slow. Starting with lower weight and more reps. Back pain is the worst. Happy hump day yawl. Almost the frikkin' weekend!
