Sorry for the short absence... work has been crazy hectic. 
This past Saturday was my birthday.. I am officially "Old".. the big 4-0. Sadly, over the years, birthdays have really lost any special attraction to me. They are just like anyother day in my book. Only a few family & friends remember and I don't go out of my way to remind people. I got a few calls this year and my brother who I live with gave me a few gifts.. I got Season 8 of JAG and another hat to add to my hat collection, one of our local Minor League baseball team, the Maryland Blue Crabs.
This year I have decided that I want/need to do the following :
** Move into my own place..
** Get a bicycle and start riding it.. (want to eventually partake in some local rides/races)
** Make some new friends.. (this site is one good start)
** Keep in touch with the few friends I do have..
** Try not to work so much..
** Exercise - cycling, walking, jogging.. (getting the bicycle would be a big start on this one)
** Help raise money for a charity that means alot to me.. (a close friend passed away with Liver Cancer at only 22)

I actually don't have that many dresses, but I bought three during this week becouse I have no real "summer" dresses to wear. Tho im hoping to buy a few more soon so I can have some more girly clothes in my wardrobe.
