my digital camera has now been added to the list of electrical applinces i hate, thanx 2 mine going loopy at a gig lastnight. i think i'm cursed with stuff like that
the gig was a charity event my boyfriends band played, put on by some little emo kids. the response is always better with the younger ones tho, they go crazy it's ace. made me feel pretty old tho! this theory kills almost didn't play tho, everything seemed against them: most of the band members were drunk when we got there (after the cheeky little fuckers told neil not 2 drink!!!) the drummer, finn, wasn't even there, he was pegging it back from portsmouth & the poilce were called after the stooooopid guitarist decided 2 drop the nut on some townie guy outside who made a passing comment 2 his mrs about her pink hair. get over it mike theres always going to b someone out there who doesn't like what u look like regardless of style or image. neils was well pissed off &wanted to slap him & the organisers weren't impressed at all- 1 of them looked like she was going tho cry! but they got onstage, did their stuff & the boys did good. all was not lost. well apart from the lack of decent photos thanx 2 my stoopid camera!!!!
