something happened (i don't know, what i'm totally pc-retarded) & the only thing we could do to save it was something about restoring factory settings? anyone who knows anything about this sort of thing is probably laughing their ass off at me right now but anyway, basicly everything has gone. the lot of it. all files, all pictures. god knows how much music was stored on this thing. one day they'll invent a computer even i can't fuck up!
