looking after up to 5 kids at a time & meeting all erins medical needs & single handedly running a household is not a proper job,

apparently.

sitting on your arse in a hippy shop chatting up emo girls all day like he does, listening to whatever music you like is

so, for the first time in 3 years i've got a job
it's only part time & it's not the most glamourous of jobs but the hours are great - 5 till 7.30 so i get to spend all day with the kids & can escape when they start getting tired & miserable!
bonus

also, no arguments (well almost) in about 6 weeks - this is the best things have been going in 4 years.

i'm putting off studying until the kids are both at school full time, which gives me 3 years to start saving
not looking forward to A-levelmaths though

for once, i'm actually happy with my life

it could be better, but it's been a hell of a lot worse so i'm content for now
