Ok, so it's been a couple weeks, so let see where I'm at:
1. Eat better. Yeah, I'm not doin too shabby with this. I mean, I'm packing lunches and making dinner, etc.
2. Cut out the booze, except for weekends. Does it count that I have a nip of Amaretto in my coffee every morning? I haven't been drinking in the evenings, so I think I'm doing pretty good. And next week I'm quitting coffee again, so I'll do better then.
3. Join the martial arts gym. And how!
Smurph and I have gone 3 times now, gotten all our equipment, and just yesterday I hooked us up with 6-month memberships. And I am loving it!!! 
4. Read more. Well, the other day I spent my $75 in gift cards at Chapters, so I'm all prepared. Just need some more relaxing lunch breaks to dig in.
5. Save money. Started, but then we joined the martial arts gym, so that's set me back. I had to put our memberships on my credit card, so after that's paid off I'll be getting right down to business on saving again.
6. Pay down my debts. Not doin too shabby. My sis finally sent me post-dated cheques to pay off the money she owes me, so every month those will be going on my higher-interest credit card.
7. Couch to 5k. Warm-up for muay thai is pretty cardio intensive, so this is not quite necessary right now. Perhaps I'll pick this up later when I'm in better shape.
and a new one...
8. Quit coffee. Again. At least on weekdays. I was just reading in the "Health-Fitness" group that caffeine contributes to belly fat. So, starting Monday, no more coffee during the weeks. Back to tea.
