I'm replacing the last blog with this one because I didn't actually read all of the notes on the "Fact Sheet" before putting it up.

Harper's government has done shit for women. Those misogynistic cock-jugglers evicerated Status of Women Canada in the first few months in power, cutting their regional offices from 16 across Canada to 4. They said women could be served just as well over the internet and the remaining offices could offer more services. Bullshit. A lot of the disadvantaged women it sought to help are elderly, not internet literate, live in rural areas with no internet access, or have a native language other than English and French and are better suited by in-person services than some joke of a website.

And they took "equality" out of the mandate for Status of Women Canada. Nevermind the fact that the Conservatives consistently have the lowest rate of female representation of all the major parties. Yeah, that's right.

So, fuck that last post. Pardon my carelessness in regurgitating Conservative government propaganda.

On the plus side, I have a job interview tomorrow morning. W00t! Wish me luck!
