This may sound harsh and uncaring, but a few funny things have trickled across my brain after finding out that my beau's grandpa had passed away. Right now my beau is posted in Afghanistan with the Canadian military, and so I have had to go through the proper channels to inform him. Unfortunately, that probably means I won't be the one to tell him.
most likely he should be able to be able to get some leave for the funeral it's not often it's not possible. may only be for a day or two though.
The Canadian Military is usually pretty good about it.. I'm sure they will be tactic full.. he may even get a second peanut butter tube or a new pair of socks. .
My beau's mom called me today to let me know his grandpa passed away today. Now I'm waiting to see if I can get ahold of him overseas to deliver the news myself. Weirdness and odd crying fits at inopportune times commence.
I made it to the gym again for 30 min of cardio. No weight-training, though. I'm a bit sore from yesterday, and I know that if I push myself too hard and have to take more than 1 day off, I'll totally hurl myself off of the wagon. Been there, done that. Must... win... the bet...

Tonight I made a curry out of some bottled sauce I had hanging out in the fridge, broccoli, cauliflower & carrots that I had already chopped up for snacks, plus some sweet potato, canned baby corn, and chickpeas, all over top of basmati rice. Soooo good. And it will provide meals for the next few days, to boot.

I didn't know about that! Wear a brathey 24 hours increase your chances of cancer, I don't believe it! I don't like wearing bras that much. they make you feel uncomfortable, you have to adjust the straps which I barely do often, and they work on your damn nerves when the staps fell from your shoulders. In the summer time, I don't wear bras often.
Starting tonight, i'll won't wear bras around the house, only for work.
