Ok, so here is the dealio...
I am still kickin'
I am still on my break from here....
Life is good, I just need to put my energy elsewhere right now.
My site is falling behind, I have orders I need to get filled, my x-mas stuff is still up, my house is like one of those you see on the talk shows...."pack-rats"....honestly we have a "path" through the junk to get to the bed and couch...both of which are covered in stuff.
I got my root canal done and have the tempory on....
I had to get new tires....all 4 of them...that was an unexpected $500.
My beer and red meat diet isn't working like I had hoped.
And I think I have some kinda sinus/bronchial infection.
But I still have a job, a a roof over my head. My girl is well and we are happy most of the time.
We got to go to the rodeo and stock show...what a blast! My girls fav part was playing in the new trucks...she loves those trucks.
I never knew it cost so damn much to be all cowgirled up.
My item of desire right now is a Kippy belt.....how all the other cowgirls get these I do not know...and how they can justify spending $300 plus on a belt is beyond me...yet I still want one. See below....
We figured out by the time you get the boots, belt, shirt, and hat you are wearing around $1000 bucks.....and ya rope cows for a living...right!!!!
So anywho...all is well really...just taking some time for my girl and me...

I agree it is an expensive look. I perfer the salad plate sized belt buckles.

I was thinking maybe you could find someone to make one of those belts for less than $300, but upon closer examination, they look really nice. I don't know about $300 worth of nice, but maybe. Save your pennies.
