Are we really into the fifth week of school already? Time is but an illusion. Let's not concentrate on it todoay
-----------------------------------------------------------------------A word about design: It should be strong enough to stand on its own without your support. It should be able to speak for you without saying a word and be clear about its message.
If you are asked to speak on its behalf, confidence, clarity, and correct and sophistacated termonology are key.
If you bypass the opportunity to speak for your work, remember, regaurdless of the merit someone else's idea actually posessses, it is possible to inflate and influence the viewers response. Words sometimes, can be more persuasive than imagery.

I feel as though I have a decent grasp on the knowledge I'm being given in Fundamentals, Fabrics, and Visuals. I also feel like I have been making the information work well for me in my projects/presentations. Hopefully I can continue to keep a solid knowledge base and use it to my advantage.
Now, to catch up in Workroom Techniques. I'm not bad at sewing. I just need to double/triple check the directions to make sure I didn't miss any tiny steps that make a big difference.

I love fall. I love the way it looks, feels, and smells. The weather alone is enough to make me happy, BUT WAIT, there's MORE! Good shows, good movies, seasonal/holiday makeup and fashion too!

I just realized my divider lines look like stitches.

Everything starts to look like stitches or fabric or something related to fashion or construction after a while.
