I fell asleep around 4 in the AM .
Today started around 6 AM: I had to be in Kent for a program to get my classes and some other nonsense in order. Its 4:45 PM now. We just got back.
Accomplishments of the day:
1. Student ID
2. Class schedule: Italian
Fashion Fundamentals
Fashion Visuals
Fashion Fabrics
Workroom Techniques
3. The apartment lease is sitting in my folder ever so patiently waiting for a few signatures and a check to accompany it. As far as I know, move out/in date is June 22nd.
4. They arent making me attend new student orientation. I thought that was mighty nice of them.
5. I will be entering with 55 credit hours. This means I have a few things already taken care of.
I'm actually genuinely excited about school.
I feel like I've been given a fresh start to my education after having attended college in some form for 3 years now. I was taking classes at a community college my senior year of highschool and then went on to "art" college. Unfortunately I left there with nearly zero desire to create. Momentary loss of artistic passion was kind of like being a braindead, slobbering, worthless pile of zombie.
NOW I feel refreshed, as though I have new direction, purpose, focus, something worthy of my time, energy, etc. Perhaps I will go on later...but I am babbling and I am le tired.
