lately my back and neck have been really bothering me, so I knew I was way overdue for a trip to the chiropracters...today while showering I moved my head just right to apparently leave myself with limited head movement and a lot of pain. UGH!!! Thankfully I do not have to bartend tonight like this! I think I need to lie down, but I am running late for an appt. Dammit!
