today I needed to sleep in...was trying to get up and walk up to Bernal Heights, but I am sore from the gym. We are working on my lats (which pretty much suck right now, meaning owies for me!) and in the long run meant I slept weird yesterday, leaving my neck sore today...

Why does the gym manage to throw in so many hindrances?!

This week I ought to be back to 5 days a week- yeah me! I still hate waking up early, but I'm getting better!
