today I slept til 10 (after waking the parents up for their supershuttle at 4am) now I am doing laundry so I can sleep in my wonderful bed tonight!!! Gym at 4 with the personal trainer, as I knew I wouldn't make it whilst they were visiting. And it appears that Zeitgeist will replace my usual visit to the 500, as a friend is in town for her birthday!
