Well today has been pretty un eventful, besides for the fact that my beloved gerbil, Murdoc, has passed on today. I loved that little guy, but it was his time. He was over 4 years old. He was happy when he was alive tho, he was so chubby, I gues I fed him a little too well. I'm hoping he didnt suffer in his death. My boyfriend said he saw him alive this morning, then at roughly 2:30 my friend and I went to see him, to give him instructions for when I was in Flordia, and the little guy wasnt moving. He was dead under some of his news paper, which he had failed to chew. Poor baby, seems like he went peacefully in his sleep. We then buried him in the back yard and put a cinder block on his grave to mark it. I loved Murdoc and he provided lots of entertainment and gave me something to love when no one loved me. Maybe this is a little much for a gerbil, but I had him for so long, he deserves a little remrembrance. Rest in peace my little critter!
