I got pushed just a little too far today at work. The result was a meltdown of epic proportion. I don't like to be told that if I leave I will become roadkill on the highway of life. What the hell does that mean? I made a decision that my family is more important than a job that I did not enjoy anymore. Now I get to worry about getting another job, paying the bills and taking care of Jen before and after her angioplasty. Some people are telling me that I am doing the right thing, while others are telling me that I should have waited until I had another job. Only time will tell.

Unemployed, but I feel good about it. Unfortunately not many Executive Chef jobs around. On the good side, I am getting married on Saturday, but I am catering my own wedding. Pics to come!
