got inked today for the first time in waaaaaay too long... i got my chest piece done before i met my ex-husband, that's how long it's been.

so, here it is- the first piece of what will eventually be a Halloween-themed half sleeve:
(my birthday is the day before Halloween, and I've always been a fiend for the holiday, so i thought it fitting)

I am consistently impressed by Adam's work... that's why I still refuse to get inked by anyone else, especially for this project because traditional tattoo is his forte. It was awesome to give him an idea and see him run with it, and I'm so excited how the other pieces and the sleeve as a whole come together!
