I am so honoured... I have just had just been asked to me God-mother to one of my closest friend's child. We have been friends since we were 14 and have been through so much together. We have gone years without speaking (not through falling out, just through losing contact) but when we talk again, it's like those years never mattered - we're still as close as we ever have been.

This is her and her husband's first child and I am so touched and honoured that they have considered me.

I already have two goddaughters - soon I won't need any children of my own - I'll just have loads of godchildren!!

I am so touched and happy....
