so, it hasn't been a stellar week for me--after dealing with a cold, i have now managed to acquire a painfully annoying urinary tract infection. i had to call out to work today (which i do, oh maybe once a year) because i could hardly walk. i almost went to the emergency room last night, but decided no to, because i don't have insurance, and i knew it would cost $$$$$. so, anyway, i'm an invalid today, crying, drinking shitloads of water, eating ibuprofen, and patiently waiting my doctor's appt. tomorrow.

and on top of all this physical bullshit, our tour is having to be postponed a couple of weeks, and i don't know if we're still going out with the Ends like we planned, because of some bullshit. so i don't know if we're going to get to play all the badass shows we had booked. i know Portland is still gonna be cool, our friends up there said they would just move the show back. so, that's good.

anyway, i guess i've learned a pretty valuable lesson from this: DRINK WATER!! NOT JUST CHERRY COKE AND BEER!!!
i've always been bad about drinking water, but when my health is being compromised, it just doesn't make any sense. and GET HEALTH INSURANCE! when i called in today my boss called me 'dumb' for not having health insurance thru my work. so, next time i go in, i have have have to fill out paperwork for insurance. so, sorry to have a royal bitchfest, but it's just not my best day ever.
