ok, i guess you guys are sick of hearing me wallow in self pity so here's some good news for once. we (my band) got a pretty good review in Maximum Rock n Roll, supposedly in Razorcake (haven't read it yet) and on a few webzines. i'm pretty stoked. oh yeah we made 3 peoples top ten lists in MRR too. its something i've always wanted ever since i was a dumb teenager just falling in love with punk rock that someday i'd be in MRR with my band. so its pretty validating. you know, one person's opinion isn't all that important, but the fact that the good reviews are pouring in makes me feel great. people actually like us! and its not just because we're hot. i mean we are, but it's much nicer to hear, hey, you guys rock out! so anyway, that's what i'm riding on right now. feels pretty good. have a good day,babes. ps thanks for calling me on my shit!! sometimes i need that!
