Jeez, I'm horrible! Never around anymore, and its mostly because I'm too lazy to get a laptop out of a bag. I just go to bed and read instead.

the race went well. i didn't die, so that's always a good thing. apparently one guy dropped dead of a heart attack around mile 17.

i'm still walking today although my legs are a little stiff but i guess that's to be expected.

hopefully we'll get to see you guys soon!!
