December already. Where does the time go? In two weeks I will be hosting a dinner party for 30 people. Why oh why did I even suggest it? I spent the last two days baking up a storm. I have cookies, frosting and cake coming out the wazo. My poor waistline.
I have no plans for New year's yet and I am not overly thrilled with the night. For as long as I can remember New year's plans for me have sucked ass. Every year without fail they flopped. I have arrived at wharehouse parties after the cops raided them , been stuck in line outside of a casino in freezing weather only to be told we weren't getting in before midnight, at a house party that was so lame I fell asleep; to name but a few. Sigh. This year I'm not holding my breath. I know better.
Come jan.3 I have a long awaited appointment to add on to my back tattoo. I have only been waiting for this apt. for 4 months. Jan.3 certainly isn't the best financial time for a large tattoo but I took what I could get. I have yet to bring in any ideas for the artist but he and I seem to work well together so I will leave most of it in his capable hands. The peice will extend up my back and around onto my ribs. I'm more then a little nervous at a rib piece as I have heard that it is INTENSE.
