I love NYC. But it makes me broke. Bookstores, shows, food. All the good vegan food, from really healthy to really greasy. Seriosly, NYC vegan joints are like a wet dream coming true. It came. True.
So I'm definitely broke. I'm gonna need to clean houses for people. My rate is $15 an hour, money from you up front. I clean floors, windows, stoves, bathrooms, and will do the dishes. I'll clean pretty much anything you want me to. 4 hours of me = $60. Do it, hire me!

Reminds me of how I got into punk, sorta.
Detroit was mostly metal and classic rock, then a radio station in Canada got a power boost and was playing all the stuff I used to have to listen to on tape, or on a weak signaled college station from Canada.
